If you contact Barnes Property Services by email, the information you send — such as your name, email address, property details and enquiry — is used to respond to you and, where relevant, arrange or provide the requested service.
Website enquiries
The enquiry form sends the information you enter to Barnes Property Services by email using FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. The website does not operate a customer database. FormSubmit processes the form information only to deliver your enquiry.
Website hosting
The website is hosted using Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser/device information to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. No cookie banner is shown because no optional tracking cookies are intentionally set by Barnes Property Services.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry information is not sold. Form information is transmitted through FormSubmit for delivery by email and may then be retained where reasonably needed to deal with your enquiry, provide a service, maintain business records or meet legal and accounting obligations.
